Vacation Responder in Gmail

Hello Learners,

I'm here with a new feature of Gmail which will helps you a lot.There is a feature of Automatic E-mail Send in Gmail.It is known as Vacation Responder.

 This Feature is used when if you were on Vacation and then someone sending email to you at that time you can send an automatic gmail generated mail. For sending the automatic mail we have to enable it from Gmail Setting.

Steps are listed below for the using this Amazing Feature of the Gmail.


Step 1: Login to Gmail and go to Setting (Right Top Corner).

Step 2: Now you have to go in General tab.

Step 3: Now go to bottom of the general tab there you will find an option of Vacation Responder.

Step 4: By default Vacation res-ponder is off so first enable it and then you can enter a Message same as Gmail Mail with Subject and all text decoration and also select the time  duration of Vacation.

Step 5: Now Click on the  Save Changes button.

So, Now the Vacation Res-ponder mail Setup is Completed.So whenever someone sent you a mail automatically a mail is sent(between the time duration set in vacation responder).
