Granting the Delegate access in Gmail

Hello learners,

I have find a new way to secure your gmail account.

Suppose if your boss or anyone whom you know and he/she ask for your gmail account password at that time giving the password is not a good way to tackle the situation. At this time gmail has feature of giving the access of your account to anyone by entering the Email Address. By using these feature you can give the access to someone and after the work is done you can revoke the access.

These are the steps :-

1. Open Gmail. You can't add delegates from the Gmail app.(Maximum 10 person can be added not more than that)

2. Click Setting, in the top right.



3. Click on "Accounts and Import" tab.



4. In the "Grant access to your account" section, click add another account.


5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add.

6. When work is done follow the same procedure and revoke the Permission.
