Confidential Mode in Gmail

 I'm back with new tips and tricks of gmail.

Gmail is Providing a feature of Confidential Mode and it is very useful for the Gmail users. 

In this mode receiver can not copy the Mail even he/she not able to forward the Mail to anyone and also not able to download the Mail it is only available  for the Reading.

In this mode when user send the email he/she has to add this option in the mail by using this user will get an page where user can choose the time duration for the mail and then send the mail it will be sent to the receiver in confidential mode.

 After the time duration the Email it will be destroy or deleted automatically.

This Feature is Introduced because of the Security.

Steps are followed.

  1. Open Gmail on your browser and log in
  2. Select Compose to write a New email
  3. In the bottom right corner, there is a small lock icon
  4. Clicking on the icon opens Confidential Mode
  5. Then you can Set Expiration (Validity of the email)
  6. You can also enable pass-code (will be sent via Short-Messaging-Service(SMS))
  7. Select Save
  8. Continue composing the email and send once done
